TimeCalcPro FAQ (frequently asked questions)

Do I need to uninstall my trial edition of TimeCalcPro before I install the paid version?

No. The paid version will overwrite your trial edition during the installation process.

I ordered a license for TimeCalcPro. When will it arrive?

Your registration key will be e-mailed to you within one business day, and usually less than an hour if you order during our business hours.

If your registration key does not arrive after one business day, please look for it in your e-mail program's 'Spam' or 'Junk' folder. Also, check the 'ship to' e-mail address that you used when you ordered the software. That is where we will send your information.

I don't live in the United States. Will TimeCalcPro work with my country's time settings?

Yes, TimeCalcPro is designed to work with any country's time format. TimeCalcPro uses your computer system's regional settings.

Does TimeCalcPro run on any Macintosh, Android, or Palm operating systems?

Sorry, no. It only runs on Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems.

For the best results, we recommend Windows 8, 7, Vista or XP.

Does TimeCalcPro run on Windows 98 or Windows ME?

Yes it does, but we don't recommend it because some of the user controls may not display properly.

If that doesn't bother you, then by all means go ahead and run TimeCalcPro on your Windows 98 or ME computer. The calculations themselves will run without any problems.

If you have Windows 98 or ME, we recommend that you try the trial edition of TimeCalcPro to see what it looks like on your computer before buying a license. You can use the link at the bottom of this page to get the trial edition.

I tried running TimeCalcPro on my Windows 98 / ME computer, and I saw an error message saying something about a file named GDIPlus.dll is missing. What can I do?

You can click this link to download a setup file to your computer. When you run the setup file, it will install the missing GDIPlus.dll file on your computer in the TimeCalcPro directory.
